What You Will Do:
• Implement initiatives designed to boost employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction while reducing turnover, such as engagement surveys, diversity programmes, and onboarding strategies.
• Coach managers and employees through the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance managerial skills in employee relations and people management.
• Address employee relations matters, including investigating complaints, mediating disputes, and ensuring compliance with diversity and equal employment opportunity standards.
• Deliver clear and effective HR communications on topics like employment terms, codes of conduct, and workforce updates.
• Manage projects and processes independently, solving complex challenges and mentoring junior team members.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in employee relations or a similar HR-focused role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to engage effectively with managers and employees.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle complex issues.
