What You Will Do:
• Develop and implement maintenance programmes for preventive and corrective maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the FA3 Maintenance Operations team to address breakdowns during production and execute non-intrusive preventative maintenance.
• Drive cost reduction efforts by identifying root causes of faults and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Contribute to environmental and health initiatives, maintaining the company’s high standards.
• Work on reducing waste within maintenance processes and seek efficiencies across all areas.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in a similar role within maintenance operations in manufacturing.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical automotive engineering within a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of electrical control and mechanical systems, coupled with relevant apprenticeship or technical qualifications.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint to streamline maintenance planning.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and make timely decisions.
