What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and manage Engineering, Design, and Test (ED&T) processes across the Vehicle Platform Engineering function.
• Collaborate with teams to gather data, raise purchase orders, track expenditure, and provide accurate cost status reporting.
• Deliver process coaching and ensure strong governance, helping teams meet deadlines and requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving process issues, ensuring alignment between Engineering and Finance functions.
• Prepare materials for meetings, capture actions, provide feedback, and maintain up-to-date systems and documentation.
• Offer guidance and support to engineers and senior leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
• Proven ability to prioritise workload, managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Customer-facing experience, with the capability to support multiple stakeholders and balance competing demands.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to delivering high standards with minimal supervision.
