What You Will Do:
• Prepare steel structures and fabricated components for painting after shot blasting.
• Clean, mask, and prepare surfaces prior to paint application.
• Mix and prepare paints in line with manufacturers' specifications.
• Apply 2-pack primers and topcoats to achieve exceptional finishes.
• Operate paint equipment including air-assisted, airless, and HVLP spray guns.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
What You Will Bring:
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial wet painting, ideally on agricultural machinery, plant equipment, commercial vehicles, or large fabricated steel structures.
• Strong understanding of industrial paint systems and preparation processes.
• Ability to interpret paint technical data sheets and application guidelines.
• Proven track record of achieving high-quality cosmetic finishes.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance for spray painting equipment.
