Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Outbound Calls – Temporary)

Location: Outskirts of Telford (own transport required)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.71 per hour)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary (up to 4 weeks)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We’re currently looking for a confident and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team on a short-term basis. This is a telephone-based role where you’ll be contacting businesses regarding an upcoming event.

You’ll be following a clear script and provided with all the information you need, making it easy to guide conversations and ensure a consistent, professional approach. This role is offering an immediate start on Monday 23^rd March.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to businesses
• Confirming attendance for an upcoming event
• Providing clear and helpful information using a provided script
• Updating and maintaining records on the CRM system
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous telephone-based customer service experience (essential)
• Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
• Comfortable following a script and handling calls efficiently
• Good attention to detail when updating systems
• Able to start work immediately
• Reliable and committed for the full duration of the assignment
• Own transport is essential due to the location (outskirts of Telford)
