What You Will Do

• Carry out industrial sewing and/or upholstery work on a range of technical and lightweight fabricated products.
• Operate industrial sewing machines and upholstery tools to produce durable, high‑quality components.
• Follow detailed drawings, templates, and jigs to ensure each product is manufactured to exact specifications.
• Handle materials such as technical fabrics, foams, and composite textiles with precision and consistency.
• Perform quality checks, ensuring all finished items meet rigorous industry and customer standards.
• Work collaboratively within a skilled team or independently depending on project demands.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and manufacturing best practices.

What You Will Bring

• A minimum of two years’ experience in industrial sewing, upholstery, machining, or similar hands‑on manufacturing roles.
• Proven ability to work with intricate materials, patterns, and stitching requirements.
• Strong manual dexterity and careful attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret both written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Solid timekeeping and a positive, flexible attitude when adapting to varied tasks and new challenges.
• Pride in producing high‑quality work within a fast‑paced production environment.
