About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a range of machinery and equipment across the site. From preventative maintenance to emergency breakdown response, you will play a vital role in ensuring operations remain safe, reliable, and efficient.

What You Will Be Doing

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conducting inspections to identify potential problems before they impact production.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Working with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Upholding health and safety standards at all times.

What You Will Bring

• At least three years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including experience with schematics and control systems.
• Confidence in independent problem-solving, combined with a collaborative approach.
• Clear communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
