Our client is a leading manufacturer of technical electronic devices for multiple industry sectors including security and defence. As an Electro-mechanical Assembler, your focus will be on the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products, providing technical support to the wider team and quality checking throughout the assembly process.

 Electro-Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:

-            Assemble technical products from build documentation and schematics.

-            Quality check throughout the assembly process and that there are no defects.

-            Record and maintain build documentation records of completed work.

-            Provide technical support to the wider engineering & production teams.

-            Work to and achieve weekly production targets.

-            Assist with a continuous improvement process.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler Requirements:

-            Previous experience of electro-mechanical assembly.

-            Current IPC 610 certification.

-            Must be able to work to technical documentation & schematics.

-            Experience of PCB manufacturing processes.

-            IPC J-STD-001 and IPC 620 qualification highly desirable.

-            Must be able to pass BPSS clearance.

This Electro-Mechanical Assembler position is based in Ross-on-Wye and is commutable from Hereford, Mitcheldean, Drybrook, Newent, Ledbury, Pontrilas and Coleford.
