What You Will Do:

- Manage and develop relationships with Far East suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

- Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal performance against key metrics.

- Strategically plan and execute inventory control strategies, balancing stock levels and minimising costs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain operations with the company's growth and financial objectives.

- Lead and inspire a small team of supply chain and logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and mitigate potential risks.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in supply chain management within a global network, including sourcing in the Far East.

- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills, particularly with 3PL providers.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to forecast trends and solve problems creatively.

- A hands-on, proactive approach, suitable for a fast-paced SME environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
