What You Will Do: 

- Create and deliver engaging, blended learning packages tailored to end users.

- Define, engage, and align stakeholders in preparation for system deployments and feature releases.

- Host on-site and off-site training events across various locations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications specialists.

- Design and deliver role-based user training, including classroom courses, online learning, assessments, and quick reference guides.

- Conduct training impact assessments and manage user access effectively.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
