What You Will Do:

- Take the lead in managing contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

- Conduct local and regional sourcing, aligning with strategic category plans and delivering cost-effective solutions.

- Manage contract changes, resolve disputes, and oversee supplier onboarding into the business-as-usual environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm ongoing service satisfaction and manage supplier performance surveys.

- Organise and lead supplier business reviews, ensuring actions are completed in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Implement continuous improvements and benchmarking initiatives to enhance processes and supplier performance.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in operational contract management and supplier relationship management.

- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, coupled with an understanding of category management principles.

- Global business understanding and experience.

- Ideally Degree qualified with a relevant professional qualification.

- A results-driven mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure in a complex and demanding environment.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

- Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing business needs, with the ability to travel internationally when required.
