Plastic Fabricator required in Telford, Shropshire

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Plastic Fabricator to join a well established manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire. With a focus on quality and innovation, this role offers not just a job, but a career filled with progression and development opportunities. 

You will be working day shifts Monday to Friday (45 hours per week which includes an early finish on a Friday), and the job comes with a starting pay rate up to £13.00 per hour (dependant on experience). Overtime opportunities are also available and paid at T1/2 premium rate once you've completed a three month probation.

This role would be a good fit for someone who has previous Plastic Welding, Plastic Fabrication, PVC Moulding, Plastic Trimming or Plastic Moulding experience.

What You Will Do:

• Fabricate plastic parts, ensuring they meet the required specifications with precision and attention to detail.
• Measure, cut, and inspect parts to guarantee they align with technical drawings.
• Work from and interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality results.
• Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
• Complete supporting paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar role, such as Plastic Welding or Plastic Fabrication.
• A strong understanding of working in a busy workshop environment.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.
