Vehicle Technician

What You Will Do:

• Perform assembly and refurbishment tasks on armoured vehicles, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Inspect and prepare vehicles, removing equipment, grinding, and sanding internal surfaces.
• Fit and integrate new parts and equipment following manufacturing instructions and technical drawings.
• Work within a small team to assemble components and meet production deadlines.
• Identify and escalate any issues to the team leader, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Contribute to the company’s 5S policy by keeping the workspace organised and adhering to lean principles.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience working with vehicles, within automotice, off-highway, defence or manufacturing industry.
• The ability to read and interpret design drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and an understanding of safety standards.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude, thriving in a team environment.
