The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the packaging sector
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, uncovering additional revenue streams
- Work closely with internal teams to convert pre-qualified leads and build a strong pipeline
- Take a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Support customers with guidance on packaging performance, sustainability, and product optimisation
- Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure customers receive expert support
- Consistently deliver revenue and margin targets while contributing to broader commercial goals
About You
To succeed as a Sales Representative, you must:
- Come from the packaging industry — this is essential
- Bring proven experience in B2B sales, new business development, and account management
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Be self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own schedule remotely
- Have the ability to understand or quickly learn packaging performance and technical aspects
