What You Will Do:

- Lead and manage a team of 22 employees in a busy injection mould shop, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

- Oversee a two-shift system, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.

- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all operations.

- Train, coach, and mentor team members to develop their skills and ensure safe working practices.

- Monitor and improve production processes, resolving issues efficiently and driving continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and support the company's growth objectives.

What You Will Bring:
