What You Will Do:

- Research and develop modern and innovative colour and material design concepts that align with project briefs.

- Lead specific colour projects from initial design stages through to final release.

- Collaborate with suppliers to propose and develop advanced materials and finishes, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

- Communicate design concepts effectively, maintaining a high level of visual presentation.

- Engage in project planning meetings and ensure clear understanding of project direction and goals.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering creativity and efficiency within the design team.

What You Will Bring:

- Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent in Art & Design.

- Proven experience within the automotive industry and an understanding of current industry trends.

- Strong project management and leadership skills.

- Technical knowledge of material manufacturing processes.

- Creativity, innovation, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
