Quality Administrator – Engineering

Quality Administrator from an Engineering background is required. Long term contract position.

What You Will Do:

- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to assist in creating inspection plans.

- Develop, maintain, and review documentation for inspection plans and standard work procedures. Review process documents.

- Support the creation of First Article Inspections (FAI) reports in line with AS9102 requirements.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.

- Assist with the calibration recall process and run weekly reports to support business operations.

- Process purchasing requests for inspection equipment and supplies.

What You Will Bring:

 - Experience from within a quality environment within the aerospace / automotive / engineering sector.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications with precision.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

- Ideally, experience working within an AS9100 aerospace quality system, with awareness of the AS9102 First Article Inspection process.

- Proficiency in recording meeting minutes, creating report templates, and working with various software packages.
