Senior Rewards Advisor (German Speaking)
Pay Rate: £32.68-41.81/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

What You Will Do:
- Provide expert consulting support to employees and Line Managers regarding compensation and benefits, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and analyse salary and benefit survey data, delivering comparative insights to align the company's practices with market trends.
- Coordinate the annual Year End Review Cycle, ensuring data accuracy in systems such as Workday and managing calculations for performance-related rewards.
- Manage local benefit programmes, including enrolment changes, life event updates, and implementing programme adjustments as needed.
- Conduct job evaluations and support the design and implementation of salary increases, bonuses, and other remuneration adjustments.
- Assist in the R&R awards process, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company policies.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in an HR role, ideally with exposure to Compensation & Benefits topics.
- Fluent English and at least B2 level in German.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High customer orientation and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis tools, and systems such as Workday, SAP or payroll platforms.
