A FMCG manufacturer are seeking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality department, driving continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional products,You will have experience working within a FMCG manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of ISO9000 and BRC regulations.
Salary £48,000 to £58,000 plus Benefits
What You Will Do:
- Lead and maintain the quality management systems to ensure all products meet rigorous specifications.
- Manage the customer complaint system, ensuring swift resolutions and effective preventive actions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of quality trends using statistical tools to enhance processes and ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and drive improvements where necessary.
- Oversee the certification schedules, including maintaining ISO9000 registration and leading BRC system implementation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Quality Department, including the Laboratory & Materials Manager and Quality Technicians.
What You Will Bring:
- A degree in a relevant field, supported by a recognised quality qualification.
- Proven management skills within quality or total quality management environment.
- Strong understanding of BRC & ISO9000 standards and driving quality procedures.
- Expertise in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Proficiency in using computerised statistical analysis tools.
- A proactive approach to building relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
As a Quality Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's products meet the highest standards while contributing to its reputation for excellence. Your efforts will help reduce complaints, streamline product control plans, and support the company's mission to provide innovative and reliable packaging solutions to its global customer base.
