Are you an experienced sourcing professional looking to make a real impact? This business is  expanding their supplier network across the US and Mexico and need a Sourcing Specialist who can drive results from strategy to execution. This is your chance to lead sourcing initiatives, shape supply chains, and play a key role in supporting aftermarket growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead sourcing strategies across multiple commodities and ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
• Identify, evaluate, and approve new suppliers while negotiating agreements that deliver value.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure supplier capabilities meet specifications.
• Manage supplier performance and implement improvement plans to drive consistency and excellence.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and apply lean problem-solving to create measurable improvements.
• Handle operational procurement tasks including order placement, expediting, and quality issue resolution.
• Travel domestically (with occasional international trips) to strengthen supplier relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, qualification, and performance management.
• Strong technical understanding of machined and fabricated components.
• Knowledge across multiple commodities: machined parts, fabrications, transmission products, electronics, and linear drive systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
• Familiarity with US and EU business regulations.
• High integrity and professional ethics.
