I’m currently recruiting for an ambitious and personable New Business Sales Executive to join a well-established organisation with exciting growth plans. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s confident meeting clients face-to-face, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

This role offers a blend of office-based work in Telford and UK-wide travel to meet prospective clients and attend events and exhibitions. The company will also invest in your development, offering the opportunity to gain professional qualifications and increase your earning potential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively sourcing and developing new business opportunities

• Booking and attending face-to-face client meetings across the UK

• Building and maintaining a portfolio of business, achieving agreed growth targets

• Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions

• Preparing accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards

• Representing the company professionally at industry events and exhibitions

• Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and key industry contacts

• A confident, well-presented individual with strong communication skills

• Proven experience in sales or business development

• A proactive, target-driven approach and the ability to work independently

• Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

• Flexibility to travel nationwide when required
