What You Will Do:
- Provide engineering leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Lead and manage all engineering activities in alignment with international processes, including ISO 15288 and ISO 24748.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, monitor progress, and ensure the project scope is achieved.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement tailored processes and maintain governance standards.
- Identify and address resource needs, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and tools for success.
- Represent the company in customer and supplier meetings, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in engineering management and technical leadership, overseeing multi-discipline teams in the Defence / Rail or Service sectors
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Systems, Software/ Hardware Engineering lifecycle and various development models.
- Strong expertise in strategy, planning, and designing complex solutions for integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in engineering lifecycle tools for managing work, configuration, and traceability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
