What You Will Do;

• Act as the Management Representative for Quality, maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
• Manage and oversee Nonconforming Material processes, both internally and externally, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
• Lead quality input into new product introduction (NPI) and project management activities, contributing to successful product launches.
• Conduct internal quality audits to ensure system compliance and effectiveness, replicating external accreditation assessments.
• Deliver quality training and awareness programmes across all departments, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Liaise with customers professionally on all quality-related matters, ensuring timely and effective communication.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong engineering background, ideally within a precision manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in quality improvement tools and techniques, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in planning, organisation, and project management, with a hands-on approach.
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels of an organisation, with the ability to influence and drive cultural change.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with quality management software.
