Technical Support Engineer – Service Department - Worcester | Up to £39k per annum plus benefits

Do you have strong knowledge of machine tools and their operation?

Join Yamazaki Mazak, a global leader in machine tool manufacturing. We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our UK Service team, supporting both customers and field engineers.

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical support and fault diagnosis
• Assist with breakdowns, service, and spares identification
• Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings
• Be the go-to expert for Mazak machine tools

What we’re looking for:

• Electrical or mechanical engineering background
• Experience with Mazak machines & Mazatrol controls or equivalent
• Strong fault-finding skills & customer focus
• Team player with a “can do” attitude
