What You Will Do:

- Maintain and repair hatchery machinery and associated equipment, including setting and hatching machines and ventilation systems.

- Support ongoing improvement projects to optimise efficiency and performance.

- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and poultry welfare standards.

- Work both independently and collaboratively within farm buildings, handling equipment up to 25 kg.

- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet operational demands.

What You Will Bring:

- Qualification in a relevant engineering trade.

- Broad understanding of mechanical processes and assemblies.

- Knowledge of facilities maintenance, including welding, fabrication, plumbing, and pipe fitting.
