What You Will Do:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text, addressing both technical and non-technical inquiries.
• Analyse and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.
• Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Handle customer interactions in a distribution centre or walk-in service facility, offering technical and non-technical support.
• Work independently with general supervision, tackling challenging problems and delivering effective solutions.
• Influence and support team members within the job area by sharing insights and best practices.
What You Will Bring:
• Experience providing call centre-based customer support in response to a high volume of inquiries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across multiple channels.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or distribution centre environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Familiarity with technical and non-technical customer support processes.
