What You Will Do: 

- Ensure programmes are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

- Drive the resolution of issues using the internal AIMS system and robust problem-solving techniques.

- Lead Agile meetings such as Stand Up, Group Sync, and Sprint Planning to keep projects on track.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

- Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.

- Coordinate launch activities, including checklists, scorecards, gateways, and vehicle movements.
