Sales Executive

What You Will Do:

• Own the sales order process from quotation to delivery — you’ll be the glue holding sales, planning and production together.

• Keep ERP and CRM systems accurate so decisions are made on facts, not guesswork.

• Be the first point of contact for customers — handling queries, complaints and last-minute changes with speed and professionalism.

• Support Sales Managers — organising meetings, pulling together presentations, and making sure prospects get what they need.

• Work closely with technical and planning teams to keep customer orders moving.

• Spot and fix bottlenecks that slow everything down.

What You Will Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in sales support, customer service or something similar.

• Solid computer skills — MS Office and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Strong communicator, whether it’s written, spoken, technical or non-technical.

• Organised, detail-driven and calm when things get hectic.

• A resilient mindset — you don’t fold under pressure, you keep pushing.
