What You Will Do:

- Service, maintain, and repair commercial catering equipment, ensuring it operates at peak efficiency.

- Conduct fault-finding on electrical and gas commercial catering appliances, tackling challenges with a logical and proactive approach.

- Perform annual inspections and services, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Communicate effectively with manufacturers and suppliers to identify and source the correct parts while on-site.

- Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately following each job.

- Participate in the weekend on-call rota system (1 in 4), ensuring customer satisfaction and quick equipment turnaround.

What You Will Bring:

- COMCAT 1, 3 & 5 certifications (required).

- At least two years of experience working with commercial catering equipment, including cooking and ware-washing.

- Electrical competence and a valid driving licence (required).

- Preferred qualifications include CMC Commercial Mobile Gas Qualification, LPG Changeover, and Rational training.

- A DBS Certificate (required upon successful application).
