What You Will Do:
- Speak confidently with business customers to qualify opportunities and build rapport.
- Book high-quality appointments for the field sales team, ensuring every lead is maximised.
- Understand customer requirements and match them with tailored solutions from the company's offerings.
- Manage your own pipeline effectively using the company's CRM system, ensuring regular follow-ups to optimise opportunities.
- Deliver against daily, weekly, and monthly targets, contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans.
- Engage with both warm and cold leads, creating value through meaningful conversations.
- Managing the full sales cycle with some clients including negotiation and close.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in telesales or appointment setting, with a track record of hitting targets.
- Exceptional communication skills and a confident, engaging phone manner.
- A motivated, results-driven attitude with a hunger to succeed and earn.
- The ability to think on your feet, build rapport quickly, and handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in using IT systems and CRM tools to manage and track leads.
