This role is starting as a temporary role but leading to permanent after a few months. Working a day shift with an early finish on a Friday. 

 

What You Will Do:

 

- Manufacture, assemble, and install products within the company's Advanced Design and build division 

 

- Read Mechanical and Electrical Drawings and build products to spec

 

- Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

- Maintain compliance with workplace quality, health, and safety requirements.

 

- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver innovative solutions and build strong working relationships.

 

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.

 

- Demonstrate the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction in every aspect of your work.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

- Proven experience in mechanical and/or electrical industrial environments and familiarity with manufacturing techniques.

 

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn abstract concepts into fully functional equipment.

 

- A background in an engineering industry, ideally with pre-manufactured parts ready for build.

 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

 

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with specialists and generalists, and operate in global, virtual teams.
