Based in Dunton, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their talent acquisition strategy while working closely with hiring managers and HR teams. What You Will Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define candidate profiles that align with organisational goals.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates, including proactive outreach and pipeline development.

• Coordinate interviews and provide expert guidance on selection best practices to hiring teams.

• Ensure timely, transparent, and engaging communication with candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and fairness in recruitment operations.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Location:

This role is based in Dunton, with a hybrid working model requiring 3-4 days on-site each week.
