Role: Trade & Promotions Executive

Umbrella Rate: £19.81/hr (Inside IR35)

What You Will Do:

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, ensuring alignment with collections strategies and priorities.
• Work to minimise overdue invoice balances while efficiently processing claims and deductions.
• Validate trade promotional claims from customers in line with targets and service level agreements.
• Facilitate effective processing of deductions off customer payments and ensure prompt reconciliation of claims.
• Collaborate with sales teams to manage account ledgers and oversee debt recovery.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure deductions are cleared or recovered in a timely manner.

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a strong background in finance.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• A solid understanding of the wider business context and how your role contributes to overall objectives.
