As part of their continued growth and multi-million-pound investment in automation and logistics, we're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Warehouse Manager to lead their UK logistics operations and support the next phase of transformation.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll help shape the future of warehouse and materials management within a high-tech, precision-driven environment.

Your Mission:

As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all logistics activity across raw materials, warehouse operations and the parts distribution centre-ensuring the efficient, accurate and timely flow of materials to support UK production. You'll play a key role in delivering a technology upgrade programme, while driving improvements in part presentation, inventory accuracy and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and develop a logistics team supporting UK production from goods-in to point-of-use delivery

Ensure consistent, on-time delivery of materials through smart planning and KPI-driven performance

Oversee inventory accuracy, parts presentation, storage standards and transport

Manage the forklift and vehicle fleet, ensuring full operational readiness

Support the decommissioning and installation of new warehouse technologies and automation systems

Align warehouse operations with the ERP system and ensure smooth systems integration

Champion health, safety and environmental best practice across all logistics activity

Drive a culture of continuous improvement through staff engagement and kaizen initiatives

What You'll Bring:

Essential:

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production-based warehouse environment

Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with warehouse operations

Track record of managing material flow and logistics in a fast-paced, high-accuracy setting

Hands-on experience in project or investment-led operational improvements

Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills

Ability to influence change and lead teams through transformation

Desirable:

Knowledge of logistics, production control, and purchasing functions

Experience in developing high-performing teams

Degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain or business management

Exposure to warehouse automation and digital supply chain tools

Why This Role? Why Now?

Join a global OEM at the forefront of advanced manufacturing. Be part of a major technology and infrastructure upgrade programme. Lead a high-impact team and play a key role in shaping how world-class machines are made and delivered.

This is your opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role at a time of real investment, innovation and growth.
