Global Technical Sales Manager

I'm delighted to be exclusively retained by RootWave, based on the Warwickshire/Oxfordshire border as they look to hire an experienced crop protection professional to lead on their technical sales across the sector, initially focussing on UK and Europe but with a planned expansion into other global markets.

The firm have recently attracted $15M in investment to expand global operations off the back of striking several partnership deals with dealers across the UK and Europe.

The role will work closely with the management team and involve product demonstrations; liaising with dealers and agricultural clients, including growers, vineyards and farmers and speaking at agriculture events across the globe.

RootWave's technology is designed as an alternative to herbicides and includes patented technology, with a non-lethal electrical current applied to a weed's roots - the machinery improves soil health, increases biodiversity and is more environmentally friendly than commercial herbicide solutions.

The business are now poised to grow, with further R&D expected to expand into new markets.

I am currently bench-marking salary and compensation for the role and looking to attract a seasoned crop protection professional with a strong commercial background.
