What You Will Do:

• Support pre-production builds by liaising with external suppliers to ensure delivery promises meet project timelines, escalating issues as needed.
• Take ownership of parts from dispatch to receipt in storage locations, building strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of non-released parts (NRPs).
• Ensure delivery promises are documented within one week of receipt and maintain a high rate of on-time part delivery to meet build schedules.
• Negotiate with suppliers and internal teams to support multiple prototype production builds and manage logistics for shipping collections using cost-efficient transport modes.
• Visit key suppliers to review and improve delivery performance, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with the company’s values.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support engineering exports, production slots, and prototype build events, ensuring zero build stoppages and losses.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes.

Location:
