Warehouse Supervisor

What You Will Do:

- Oversee and manage the warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and effective despatch of goods to customers.

- Work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to streamline processes and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Plan and coordinate incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate stock rotation and control of goods expiry dates.

- Maintain the warehouse's cleanliness and safety, adhering to regulatory guidelines and conducting health and safety checks.

- Operate forklifts, including Reach and Counterbalance, and ensure the safe loading and unloading of vehicles.

- Liaise with freight and courier companies to ensure smooth logistics and efficient delivery schedules.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in a warehouse or stores environment, with a track record of working to KPIs.

- A valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach licence, with experience in operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

- Strong numeracy and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with location management systems (knowledge of Sage X3 is advantageous).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- A proactive and highly organised approach, with a commitment to delivering first-class service and driving continuous improvement.

Location:

This role is based in Kingswinford, but will be moving to new premises in September in Droitwich.  Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
