What You Will Do:

 - Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, ensuring efficient allocation of resources like equipment, labour, and materials.

- Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, as well as communication services and facility expansions.

- Establish and oversee health and safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

- Manage projects and processes independently, demonstrating strong organisational and decision-making skills.

- Provide guidance and coaching to junior professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

- Tackle complex and challenging problems, delivering innovative and effective solutions.
