Operating as part of a respected international group, the UK operation is based in Banbury and plays a central role in delivering large-scale bespoke projects.
This is a senior level role offering real autonomy and influence. You'll manage the complete lifecycle of complex, high-value projects - from post-sale design through to on-site installation, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver capital equipment projects from order to completion - design, procurement, build, installation, and customer handover
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring key milestones, safety, cost, and timing targets are met
- Lead customer and internal meetings, manage documentation, action plans, and communications
- Oversee Health & Safety planning, risk assessments, and method statements for installations
- Manage the on-site phase of projects, working closely with installation teams and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Control project scope, costs, and variations, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Provide professional, confident support to customers throughout the project lifecycle
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing complex industrial installations (laundry sector experience ideal but not essential)
- Strong project management capability, ideally supported by a formal qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP)
- Engineering background – preferably mechanical, structural, or systems engineering
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- A willingness to travel extensively across the UK (up to 70%)
- Knowledge of design processes, H&S regulations, and commercial project delivery
Why Join?
