What You Will Do:

 

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for multi-million dollar contracts.

- Identify and tailor solutions to meet client needs, ensuring the delivery of fully integrated supply chain solutions.

- Manage and develop in-market teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Conduct business reviews, track progress, and report on the value delivered to clients, including sustainability initiatives.

- Travel globally to meet clients, understand operational challenges, and oversee project implementation.

- Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to drive ongoing service improvements and client satisfaction.

- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Account Management, particularly in manufacturing or FMCG, industrial sectors.

- A strong understanding of supply chain management and operational challenges in complex markets.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and deliver measurable results.

- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for global travel and working in diverse environments.
