As a Test Engineer you will:
- Conduct a variety of tests on products, including performance, mechanical endurance, and reliability testing of airframes, structures, and mechanisms.
- Perform validation testing and investigate products to identify and diagnose faults.
- Actively contribute to design improvement proposals and the development of new equipment and facilities.
- Manage test data, configuration details, and results with precision and organisation.
- Write detailed technical test reports to support the development process.
- Provide hands-on support for in-house prototype builds and participate in occasional international travel to support new projects.
The Test Engineer will bring:
- A degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) and a proven track record in test and development.
- Strong hands-on mechanical skills, with proficiency in using hand tools, machinery, and test equipment.
- The ability to solve equipment and process issues efficiently and with precision.

Enterprise Account Manager – Utilities
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany (Hybrid)
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 base + €30,000 OTE + company car or car allowance
Build strategic relationships across Germany’s utilities sector
If you’ve built your career selling into energy providers, Stadtwerke, or grid operators in Germany, you’ll know this market is relationship-driven, complex, and evolving fast.
This role is for someone who understands how to navigate the German utilities landscape, can manage long sales cycles, and is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders on solutions that deliver real operational and commercial impact.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts while also developing new business across the utilities and infrastructure space. The focus is on long-term partnerships, not transactional sales.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing new business opportunities across the German utilities market (energy suppliers, Stadtwerke, grid operators, infrastructure providers)
- Managing and growing enterprise-level accounts, building long-term strategic relationships
- Leading complex B2B sales cycles, including tenders, bids, and framework agreements
- Creating and executing structured sales strategies aligned to revenue targets
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline and forecast (Salesforce)
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
- Keeping close to market trends, regulation, and developments in the German energy sector
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Supporting commercial modelling, pricing, and proposal development
What you’ll bring
- At least 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales or account management within utilities, energy, or infrastructure
- A proven track record of selling into the German utilities market
- Strong understanding of market structure, regulation, and key players (e.g. Stadtwerke, energy suppliers, grid operators)
- Experience managing long, complex B2B sales cycles
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Fluent German and strong English

PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS REQUIRED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!
Are you looking for a permanent job in the Telford area, are you happy working 4 on 4 off shifts and are you available to interview as early as Friday 1st May?!
We are looking for several Production Technicians to join a leading FMCG manufacturer in Telford (Shropshire), these jobs will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12 hour days and nights 6-6), and the starting salary for these roles will range between £35,000 - £36,300 per annum depending on the shift pattern that you join.
The hiring manager is looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role, and whilst experience from within the FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging, Print, Plastics or Pharmaceutical sectors would be preferred, they are prepared to look at people who have come from the manufacturing sector.
Initially you will be required to complete an on-line SHL assessment, but providing you pass this the hiring manager is then looking to hold an interview day on Friday 1st of May (which will last roughly for 3 hours) and will include an on-site interview and full factory tour.
People who have worked in similar job roles such as a Manufacturing Technician, Technical Operator, Process Operator, Machine Setter Operator, Print Assistant, Slitter Operator, Conversion Operator, Rewind Operator, Core Rewinder, Skilled Machine Operator, Machine Setter or Skilled Machinist would be well received.
What You Will Do:
- Operate and monitor high-speed machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
- Conduct timely machine setups, minimising downtime and maximising output.
- Perform routine maintenance and precision cleaning of machinery to optimise performance.
- Identify and resolve issues using problem-solving tools, such as the process fault tree.
- Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with your team to exceed targets.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role.
- Previous experience from within the manufacturing sector is essential - previous experience within the FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging or Pharma industry would be highly advantageous.
- Confidence and ability to make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.

- Proficient in producing detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Experience with a PLM system (ideally Windchill, training provided)
- Experience with typical gas turbine materials, processes and practices.
