Location: Stourbridge

What You'll Be Doing
In this hands-on role, you will support the delivery of consistent product quality by analysing performance, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
- Analyse and report quality data to identify trends and support improvement activities
- Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, and corrective action tracking
- Manage internal and external quality issues, including rejects, scrap, and customer returns
- Mentor and engage employees to improve quality ownership at all levels
- Support the implementation and maintenance of process controls and quality standards
- Produce and maintain quality documentation such as SOPs and quality alerts
- Conduct inspections and process audits to ensure compliance across operations
- Maintain accurate quality records and communicate performance to stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with production teams to drive a "quality first" culture
What We're Looking for:
Essential:
- Experience with quality systems, standards, and problem-solving tools
