Urgent requirement for a hands-on Project Engineer role where delivery, teamwork, and real-world engineering outcomes matter. This Project Engineer position offers the chance to lead a live robotic case packing engineering project, coordinate specialist design work, and help drive efficient progress from planning through testing and sign-off. What You Will Do:
- Manage and execute an ongoing robotic case packing engineering project onsite as the priority from the customer perspective.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and PLC designers, keeping schedules clear, workload balanced, and slippage identified early.
- Support technical queries and drive timely issue resolution, ensuring remedial actions are agreed within three days of identification.
- Obtain quotes, place orders, track manufacturing progress at sub-suppliers, and manage parts on arrival including segregation, storage, and identification.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation as the project progresses.
- Lead project status review meetings with the client and report progress twice weekly, including FAT and SAT testing, sign-off, and documentation.
What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrable Project Engineering experience, ideally within machine manufacturing or a closely related industrial engineering environment.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Comfortable working with Mechanical, Electrical, and PLC design teams, translating technical discussions into practical actions and schedules.
- Experience supporting testing activities such as FAT and SAT, including preparation of clear documentation and sign-off evidence.

As a Senior P&E Calibration Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, validating, and releasing calibration strategies for internal combustion engines and aftertreatment systems. Working alongside experienced Principal Engineers, you'll take ownership of calibration activities that directly influence engine performance, emissions compliance, and product quality. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute calibration test plans to meet project objectives, quality standards, and delivery timings.
- Carry out calibration development and validation activities on engine dynos and machine platforms, including climatic testing.
- Develop and optimise emissions-critical systems, including: Combustion systems (spark and compression ignition), Fuel injection equipment, Air handling systems (turbocharger and EGR) & Aftertreatment technologies (NOx reduction, DPF/PN filtration)
- Deliver robust calibration datasets covering: Base engine performance and emissions, Aftertreatment performance and control (deNOx, DPF) & Engine and aftertreatment diagnostics.
- Work closely with Principal Engineers to ensure calibration strategies meet current and future legislative requirements.
- Analyse test data, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective calibration solutions.
- Document technical findings and confidently present progress to project stakeholders.
- Support the successful delivery of work packages through the NPIP (New Product Introduction Process).
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative and reliable engine calibration solutions.
Experience & Skills
- Hands-on engine calibration, engine testing, or dyno development experience.
- Strong understanding of internal combustion engine fundamentals, emissions formation, and aftertreatment systems.
- Experience using calibration tools, engine management systems, and data analysis software.
- Practical experience planning and running engine tests, analysing results, and resolving technical issues.
- A proactive approach to problem solving with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience with Tier I supplier engine management systems or model-based control strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer to take ownership of commissioning activities across the full lifecycle of complex with bespoke engineering projects.
This is a key role responsible for developing and delivering commissioning strategies, leading testing activities, and acting as the commissioning authority across multidisciplinary teams. You will play a critical part in ensuring engineered solutions are tested, verified, and delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
The Role
As Commissioning Engineer, you will:
- Develop and implement commissioning strategies for bespoke engineering projects.
- Produce comprehensive test and commissioning documentation, including:
- Pressure and proof load testing
- Control panel inspections
- Setting-to-work documentation
- Safe systems of work
- Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Manage handovers between Manufacturing and Commissioning functions.
- Lead and execute FAT and SAT activities, ensuring risk assessments, test equipment, and temporary commissioning aids are in place.
- Identify and report non-conformities, supporting structured resolution processes.

You will bring strong technical credibility combined with practical commissioning leadership experience.
Essential:
- HNC (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline or higher qualification.
