• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps, integrating them with core platforms like Salesforce.
• Collaborate with various departments to map, optimise, and document workflows, ensuring processes are streamlined.
• Provide expert support and training on AI tools, helping operational teams maximise their effectiveness.
• Work closely with compliance, product, and engineering teams to ensure data quality and adherence to regulations during migrations and integrations.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in data analysis and visualisation, with proficiency in SQL and tools like Power BI.
• Hands-on expertise in ETL processes and data migration, with desirable experience in Alteryx or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to implement automation solutions using low-code platforms such as Power Automate or Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, including data extraction, report generation, and integration with external tools.
• Strong project management skills, particularly in time-bound migration or systems-transition projects.
• Direct experience leading a software decommissioning or tool-migration project would be advantageous.

We are seeking an Agricultural Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing Agri-Tech business. This opportunity is specifically suited to individuals with a genuine farming or agricultural background who can confidently engage with farmers and agricultural businesses through shared industry knowledge and experience.

Whether your experience comes from livestock production, dairy, beef, sheep, arable farming, agricultural services, or the wider rural sector, your understanding of modern farming practices will be essential to success in this role.

Working with warm leads and existing enquiries, you will speak directly with farmers across the UK, helping them identify practical solutions that improve productivity, streamline farm operations, and support day to day business management. Your ability to understand the challenges faced by farmers and communicate effectively within the agricultural community will be a key advantage.

This is a consultative sales role focused on building relationships and delivering value rather than hard selling. While there is no cold calling, the role is highly phone based and requires confidence in managing a busy sales pipeline, with up to 80 outbound calls per day.

The salary range is £26,000–£32,000 depending on experience, with higher salaries available for candidates who can demonstrate both proven commercial ability and strong agricultural expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm leads and qualified enquiries from farmers and agricultural businesses throughout the UK
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and maintain regular customer contact
  • Make up to 80 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Essential Requirements

Agricultural or farming knowledge is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate practical experience or a strong background within one or more of the following:

  • Agricultural contracting

Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 07:00-15:30 | Friday 07:00-12:00

The Role:

  • Carry out mechanical breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery
  • Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical systems, with some electrical and control system involvement
  • Dismantle, repair, replace, and test machine components to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform fabrication and machining tasks, supporting maintenance and improvement work
  • Carry out welding, fabrication, and manual machining using mills, lathes, and pillar drills, along with sheet metal work to support equipment repair and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems
  • Identify and source parts, tools, and consumables
  • Support continuous improvement (CI) projects to enhance performance and reduce downtime

Relevant Skills and Experience:

With previously experience of working within heavy industry, you'll be a mechanically biased engineer with:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a mechanical maintenance role
  • Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills
  • Good working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
  • Proven ability to carry out welding 
  • Experience in fabrication and component repair
  • Skilled in manual machining using mills, lathes, and pillar drills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience using tools, workshop machinery, and maintenance equipment

This role would suit someone who has previously worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Fitter, Mechanical Technician, multi-skilled maintenance engineer or Shift Engineer. In addition you may have served with the military, armed forces, army, navy, RAF or reme.

A Senior / Mechanical Design Engineer is required to join an engineering team who are working on the design and development of UAV / Drone launch systems. The company design and develop their products in the UK for the global markets.

With a growing order book, they are seeking to grow their engineering team and require Senior / Mechanical Design Engineers to join their highly innovative and forward-thinking team. The Senior / Mechanical Design Engineer will be essential in strengthening the future engineering capabilities of the organisation and as such will be charged with developing mechanical design schemes and detailed designs of complex parts and assemblies.

The Senior / Mechanical Design Engineer will be proficient in CAD (ideally SolidWorks) to design and detail component and assembly models and the associated drawings.  A hands-on approach and can-do attitude are essential, as is the ability to work independently within a small engineering team.

  • Carrying out concept development for mechanical systems.
  • Using hand calculations, simulation methods, modelling tools and CAE tools to size, analyse and optimise system elements.
  • Carry out concept design of mechanical systems using SolidWorks

  • Support in-house prototype build.
  • Occasional optional travel outside of the UK to support new projects

As Senior / Mechanical Design Engineer - you will have;

  • BSc/BEng in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven mechanical design experience within the aerospace/defence/motorsport industries
  • Proficient in modelling parts & assemblies in CAD (ideally SolidWorks)
  • Proficient in carrying out engineering calculations and the use of modelling and simulations software to support their design work. (Mathcad, ANSYS or similar)
  • Experience in developing mechanical systems from concept to reality
  • Proven background in DFM
  • Ideally some experience with DFMEA
  • Knowledge of pneumatics would be beneficial though not essential
