What You Will Do as Senior Engineer - Chassis Development
- Develop suspension, tyres, chassis geometry, braking systems and ergonomics for new and updated chassis projects, balancing function, cost and product requirements.
- Produce high-quality inspection data and 2D inspection drawings to support development and validation activities.
- Develop and maintain development and test procedures, and ensure they are followed consistently.
- Create supporting documentation for development tests and day-to-day engineering activities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across Product Strategy, Industrial Design, Product Development, Genuine Motorcycle Accessories, Quality and Assembly, plus external suppliers.
- Plan and conduct UK and overseas tests, helping coordinate riders, technicians, engineers and external contractors during development activities.
What You Will Bring as Senior Engineer - Chassis Development:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent, along with a minimum 2 years' experience in automotive/motorcycle engineering design and chassis engineering
- An understanding of motorcycle geometry, chassis layout, ergonomics and chassis construction.
- Practical experience with vehicle maintenance and preparation, plus suspension unit service and maintenance, is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with chassis development testing and 3D measuring systems & some CAD experience

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, Quality Control (QC) Engineer, Quality Analyst, Process Engineer, Test Engineer or Supplier Quality Engineer seeking a new job within the Wrexham area?

- Lead internal process, product, and system audits, and coordinate support for external audits such as customer, certification, and NADCAP special process audits.
- Tackle non-conformance with structured root cause investigations and corrective action verification using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA.
- Review engineering drawings and quality-related technical documents to ensure product compliance, and support APQP activities including PPAP submissions for new product introduction.
- Produce and present quality KPIs, trends, and management reporting using Power BI and other quality reporting tools.

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Lead, Engineering Lead or Engineering Manager looking for a new job in North Wales and are you looking for either a contract or permanent job?!
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a long-standing manufacturing business in Wrexham, this is a day shift position Monday to Friday, and the role comes with an annual salary up to £65k (DOE).
The hiring manager is looking for someone who has at least 5 + years within a similar Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager role, and has either completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or an NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Due to the nature of the business, we are looking for someone who has come from a heavy engineering / manufacturing background.
This will be at least a 2-stage interview process, with the first stage being a team's call.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities for the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring equipment reliability and plant availability.
- Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and predictive maintenance strategy across all process areas.
- Manage maintenance KPIs including uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR and support continuous improvement to enhance OEE.
- Ensure maintenance compliance with safety and quality standards, including PUWER, LOLER, permit-to-work, isolation, and LOTO.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and drive actions that reduce repeat breakdowns.
- Support CAPEX projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and handover, working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer in a heavy manufacturing or heavy engineering environment.
- An apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3+ in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge, with the ability to work in a multi-skilled maintenance environment.
- Demonstrable experience implementing and managing PPM systems, with a data-driven approach to reliability.
- Confidence working in safety-critical, high-temperature industrial settings.
Desirable:
- CNC machinery maintenance exposure.
- Experience improving OEE and reliability metrics.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems.
