What You Will Do:
- Install and maintain all electrical & electro-mechanical plant equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Operate a preventative electrical maintenance system to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct fault finding and repairs, enhancing the reliability of production processes.
- Use various types of testing equipment to locate and remedy faults, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum level 3 qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, coupled with experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Apprenticeship served
- A strong commitment to safety, with experience in health and safety best practices.
- Experience and knowledge of motors and pneumatics.
- Excellent team-playing skills, communication abilities, and a flexible approach to work.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
You will have current or previous experience working as multi-skilled maintenance engineer, shift engineer, maintenance engineer, automation engineer, maintenance technician.
