What You Will Do

In this inspection‑driven role, you will be responsible for ensuring every component meets the highest levels of quality and compliance:

  • Perform detailed goods-in and goods-out inspections, verifying all incoming and outgoing parts against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct patrol and batch inspections across the production environment to maintain continuous oversight of quality performance.
  • Execute core quality control activities, including measurement, visual inspection, documentation review, and verification of manufacturing processes.
  • Record and maintain traceability data, ensuring full and accurate documentation for audit readiness and product quality history.
  • Report inspection results clearly and promptly, collaborating with production teams to address issues swiftly.
  • Identify, escalate, and document non-conformances, including raising NCRs and segregating non-compliant materials to prevent workflow disruption.
  • Support process audits and final product approvals, ensuring all products are fully compliant before release.

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you will manually spray high‑quality components used in the composites and defence industries. Working within a busy production cell, you will follow the daily production plan set by your Team Leader and support the team in meeting output and quality targets. 

Responsibilities Would Include:

  • Preparing and handling manufactured components for the paint line.
  • Spraying products such as military helmets and body armour to strict NATO Green standards.
  • Setting up equipment and delivering workstations ready for production.
  • Carrying out quality checks and completing rework where required.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
