We have an opportunity to join a company based in Melton Mowbray; working on a permanent basis on a Panama shift pattern (days and nights).
The Role
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Completing mechanical breakdown repairs across the site
- Carrying out repairs and health and safety checks to maintain high safety standards
- Reporting and responding to dangerous or unsafe machinery to provide corrective actions
- Implementing planned maintenance and repairs to ensure the continuous operation of all production plant
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Engineering education/qualification/s
- Proficient in fault-finding and repairing gearboxes, drives, and other production equipment
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to understand technical drawings

Your Impact
Keep Things Running
- Lead routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on a range of advanced machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize disruptions.
- Quickly diagnose malfunctions and execute effective repairs to keep us on track.
Preventive Maintenance Program
- Proactively perform and improve PPM to ensure all equipment operates flawlessly.

Installation & Innovation
