As Welding Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- 3D CAD new process development and offline robot teaching
- Design and assist in design of holding fixtures to ensure part quality and repeatability
- Equipment software (PLC) preparation and introduction
- New model Welding robot and material handling robot teaching
- Maintain/repair robotic and welding equipment
- Make recommendations on general part designs
- Optimize laser/robotic welding parameters
- Perform MIG welding operations (simple to moderate)
As Welding Specialist you will need the following;
- Weld equipment experience (Preferably Fronius Weld sets/Yaskawa Robots)
- Part holding and fixturing experience
- Robot teaching capability
- PLC programming experience
- Self-motivated and flexible to travel to different site locations/ Customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Weld Testing qualification

A new role has arisen with a client for a Service Engineer to join a manufacturing business in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. The Service Engineer role comes with a basic salary of up to £43,000 per annum (dependant on experience), with overtime available and paid at T1/3 in the week, and double time on the weekend (and bank holidays).
Previous experience with commercial heating equipment and/or boilers would be highly advantageous.
You will also be provided with a company vehicle, and any expenses / overnight stays (where required) will be paid by the company.
As a Service Engineer, you will be required to work away most of the week, and a typical start time will be between 6.00 - 7.30am.

- Be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and commissioning combustion equipment

Due to expansion, an experienced Production Operative is required for a well-established manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire. In return for your skill and experience, this business will offer you an initial annual salary of £22,000 per annum, once you have passed your probation and moved onto shifts, the salary will increase to just over £27,000.
Please be advised that this role will initially start on day shifts, but once you've passed a probationary period, you'll be required to work a rotating 6-2/2-10 shift pattern. The pay rate will rise once you are working shifts.
