Process Operator needed in Telford, Shropshire.

Do you have experience working with the Food Manufacturing, Food Packaging or FMCG Industry, and are you looking for a new permanent job?

We are proud to be working with a leading food manufacturing business in Telford to help them recruit a Process Operator on a permanent basis.

This role will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (consisting of rotating days and nights), the starting salary is just over £31,500 per annum, initially rising to just under £37,500 per annum, and then finally increase to just over £41,000 per annum once fully signed off and trained.

This will be a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.

What You Will Do:

  • Operate processing equipment to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all products meet strict quality standards.
  • Execute plant start-ups, shut-downs, and changeovers with precision.
  • Collaborate with the development team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform gap analysis to optimize production.
  • Adhere to and promote safe working practices within the team.

This esteemed company in the food industry is searching for a dedicated Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. 

This is working a day shift Monday to Friday, (40 hours per week), and the role comes with an attractive salary up to £38,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

The hiring manager is looking for someone who has previous experience within the food manufacturing industry, and has previous experience with completing HACCP documentation and complying with BRC standards.

**What You Will Do:**

As a Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring HACCP documentation is accurately completed and properly maintained.
  • Taking charge of customer complaint handling and conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes.
  • Assisting with Internal Auditing to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Managing laundry and consumable resources efficiently.
