A Management & Business Admin Trainer / Assessor is required to deliver quality training to learners both at the workplace and in a classroom basis, identifying the needs of the learner to ensure on-programme stability and progression for each Management Apprenticeship (levels 3 & 5), and Business Administration Apprenticeship (level 3). Due to several new Levy Employer Contracts, this leading Training Organisation requires a quality-focused training professional who cares about the learner-journey, understands the importance of quality and compliance regarding Apprenticeship delivery, and is committed in passing across the knowledge gained from a strong career history onto others. Ensure Apprentice's records are accurate, funding compliant and supported in a timely progression onto and through the gateway for EPA.
