- Delivering design projects within a design studio from a creative nature
- Good understanding of the feasibility check process (FC)
- Taking a programme from pre-PS phase to PA programme approval
- Working of whole vehicle programmes to include interiors and exteriors
- Knowledge of working with suppliers of key commodities to include cockpit, seats, doors, lamps, body
- Understanding of issues management and change control processes
- Delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Ability to run project teams, meetings, understanding of design requirements, timing plans and budgets to delivery strategic designs from concept through all engineering phases
- Proficient in reviewing CAD drawing and data during each stage of the design process
