Armed Forces Covenant
Jonathan Lee Recruitment is proud to be a signatory of the Ministry of Defence’s Armed Forces Covenant.
This written and publicised voluntary pledge, which is tailored to our business, promotes that we are Armed Forces friendly, employ service leavers and work with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to support service leavers and veterans.
The Covenant was signed by Jonathan Lee, Chairman of Jonathan Lee Recruitment, Jonathan commented: “We are extremely proud to be a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.

The pledge, which was drafted by Peter Heap, Principal Consultant at Jonathan Lee Recruitment, received outstanding praise from the assessor who commented:

Silver Award - Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)
Building upon the primary Armed Forces Covenant signing, Jonathan Lee Recruitment has also been awarded the Silver Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) run by the Ministry of Defence.
The Defence ERS, was established to encourage employers to develop and maintain an armed forces-friendly environment. This bronze-level certification recognises our ongoing commitment to defence staff, their families and the armed forces community.
