£100 Monthly Attendance Bonus

Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor looking for a stable nights-based role with a growing manufacturing and recycling business?

We're seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of 4 operatives on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist recycling operation that processes UPVC windows and offcuts, transforming waste materials into reusable plastic pellets for manufacturing industries.

The Role

• Supervising and supporting a team of 4 production operatives
• Monitoring production output and ensuring targets are achieved
• Machine monitoring, adjustment, and basic setting
• Managing time and attendance
• Promoting and enforcing Health & Safety standards
• Reporting shift performance to the Production Manager

The Environment

The site operates a range of equipment including:

• Shredding machinery
• Metal separation systems
• Material handling equipment
• Plastic extrusion machinery

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory, team leader, or shift leader experience is essential
• Production, manufacturing, processing, or material handling background
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment
• Recycling, material reclamation, plastics, or extrusion experience would be advantageous
• Current or past roles include, senior operator, shift supervisor, shift team leader, production team leader, manufacturing supervisor, manufacturing team leader, production supervisor
