What You Will Do:

- Drive the integration of new and existing vehicle architectures, ensuring compatibility with technical strategies and functional targets.

- Act as the technical arbitrator, leading the development of engineering solutions for a defined group within vehicle programmes.

- Collaborate closely with Vehicle Attribute Robustness teams to embed design quality, service, and manufacturing requirements.

- Oversee the progression of vehicle technical data, including CAD, DV, AIMS, build, test, and releasing activities.

- Support cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering challenges and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

- Champion Agile principles and contribute to study activities to solve advanced engineering problems.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and their complex interactions.

- Proven experience in analysing and making technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership in solving technical issues using structured approaches such as 8D or Six Sigma.
